Everyone Has A Next Step. What's Yours?

We hope our Church can be a place where you connect to others and find a home. Here at our Church, we believe in the core values of inclusivity and redemption, grace and love and, above all - the transforming power of Christ. We never arrive, but we are all committed to walking the journey together. Our dedicated team would love to connect with you and hear more of your story, and help find the best place for you to flourish.

We're so excited you're interested in learning more about who we are and joining the family!

membership matters

If the Bible is the cornerstone of our Church, then membership is the cement that holds us all together. Both Christ and Paul pointed us toward membership for our encouragement, our protection, and our instruction.  Pastor Aaron leads the classes and they are offered twice a year in Spring and Fall, Sunday mornings. The next class starts Sunday, April 23, 2023.  Register here.

Starting Point

Groups

We believe that being part of a group is an integral part of becoming a healthy Church as we seek to fulfill our mission to connect, mature and unleash followers of Jesus in all age groups and walks of life. Group participants have the freedom to do life with others by sharing their wisdom, experiences and questions with others for the purpose of building relationships and experiencing life transformation through life’s various challenges and seasons.

Core classes

Core Classes is our adult education hour that is designed to help every believer in our Church to grow in their knowledge of Scripture, to develop a biblical worldview, and to be increasingly able to apply the Gospel to every area of their lives.

We at HCC recognize that Core Classes are better suited to address certain topics than a Sunday morning service or home group. Our Sunday service centers around preaching which is a monologue and intended to reach more of the heart than the mind. Similarly, our home group ministries emphasize more relational goals with some discussion around the Bible. Our Core Classes, though not neglecting the heart, aim more at loving God with our minds. And while our Core Classes will include monologue, they will also feature dialogue which is a strength to the classroom setting.

Serve

There are as many ways to volunteer and serve at Hope Community Church as there are people.  After all, for those who are Christians, service to the body of Christ is a primary way that we live out the gospel message (Matthew 25:40).

As someone who is new to our Church, though, we want to serve you and see your spirit nurtured in this community before we ask anything of you.  For that reason we encourage you to pursue membership and find out who we are before serving.  We want you to commit to love this body, and we want to commit to love you in the same way.  Then together we can discover the unique gifts and opportunities God has provided for you to serve this Church.
