We love and welcome people affected by disability and their families. We want to partner with all parents to make disciples who are changed by the gospel. This includes people affected by disability. We want to allow everyone to be an active part of the body of Christ.
What We Offer
- We offer Buddies who are trained, loving helpers who come alongside friends affected by disabilities to support them in Sunday morning programming.
- For people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in middle school and older, we offer a friendship class at 10:30 am.
- American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation during the worship service.
We would love to get to know you, your family, and your specific needs.
Please register here so we can be prepared for your child. Please check in at the Children's Check-In (large lego table in lobby) when you arrive at church.
Respite Night - Respite Events are a chance for parents/caregivers to get a short break from all those in their care. This includes “typical siblings” as well as those directly affected by disability. Every child/participant gets paired with at least one trained “buddy” who is there to be a friend and make the night fun! All our buddies go through Joni and Friends training and background checks if they are adults.
